Approximately a quarter of an acre of land with road access at Nassington, Northamptonshire near Stamford (Lincolnshire) on the River Nene west bank.

It is a rural site with the access for a car, through a field gate off the Fotheringhay Road (nearly opposite Black Horse Pub). The site will be overgrown as I have not used it for a long time. It is surrounded by willow trees so is very private. There is no water or power.

It is a cut off the Nene and therefore there are no mooring restrictions or charges with moorings of around 100 feet plus - Previously used by owner for mooring a 40 foot narrowboat with plenty of room for another.

The property is only about 3 miles from the A1 Trunk Road junction at Wansford on the Wansford to Fotheringhay road at Nassington.

The River Nene is controlled by the Environment Agency - their regional office is at Kingfisher House, Goldhay Way, Orton Goldhay, Peterborough PE2 5ZR.
