SITUATION

The land is very conveniently located on the northern edge of the popular village of Napton on the Hill, approximately 3.5 miles east of Southam and 8.3 miles west of Daventry, which both offer a range of shopping and leisure facilities. Napton on the Hill is in a central position for travel along the canal network, with easy road access. There is also good access to a comprehensive network of relatively quiet lanes and bridleways.

DESCRIPTION
