Crick is to the south-east of Rugby just off the A5, a mile from Junction 18 of the M1 motorway and in the middle of the English canal system on the Grand Union Canal Leicester Line north of Norton Junction.

ABNB Narrowboat Brokerage works on a no-sale / no-fee basis. Upon making a sale their standard brokerage fee is 6% on the first £60,000 of the sale price and 2% thereafter.

ABNB's sales office is situated at Crick Wharf, next to the BW Crick Show site and has around a dozen free canalside sales berths for client's narrowboats for sale. All viewings are accompanied at Crick.

Sometimes ABNB does not take on boats for sale in certain price or size categories if there are a number of similar boats are already listed - this means that they are able to promote all boats on their sales list to the best advantage of the owners.

Even out of season ABNB are busy with enquiries from people planning ahead – these people tend to be more committed to purchase their previously owned narrowboat.
