Waterwaysmail.co.uk is celebrating its first year as the most friendly, flexible and dedicated mail forwarding companies around.

What seems like a daunting task-getting important mail  delivered whilst you are on the waterways, is made simple, stress free and very reasonably priced.

From long term live aboards, to summer cruisers, we are here to help, whether you need to receive your mail on a daily, weekly forthrightly or monthly basis.

Here's a scenario of how it works. One of clients have sold their house and moved aboard their shiny new boat,  on which they intend to cruise around the canal system. they notify their Bank, insurance company. solicitors, friends and family, in fact anyone whom they expect to receive mail from over the coming months, that all correspondence should be sent to them, via our P.O. address, this is collected by us on a daily basis. We in turn then notify the customer they have mail, either by email, text or phone call. Our post office finder (found on our website www.waterwaysmail.co.uk) enables us to inform them of the nearest Post Office to their location on the waterway, allowing them to intercept mail as they pass or arrive to stay at the location.

The service used to send mail to customers for collection at Post Offices is called Post Restante, and you must be able to provide forms of identity when collecting your post. we recommend you collect any mail within 2 weeks, otherwise it may well be marked as non collected, and returned back to us.

You may be lucky enough to have a helpful Marina or Berthing Operator, who will allow you to have us send your mail sent to them, which is fine, and we will gladly do this for you. so how you go about using our service? simply log onto our website, www.waterwaysmail.co.uk  it's all explained in simple easy to understand instructions.
