Great Haywood Marina - Berthing Licence Application

Jim Shead, the waterways phoptographer and author has asked us to enquire of our readers if they remember signing a contract (or berthing licence application) that consisted of one sheet of green/blue A4 paper which was signed (October 2007) on the front and had the terms and conditions on the back.

Jim is at present in a dispute with the marina about the terms and conditions that applied to their mooring contract that he signed on the 1st October 2007. They say they do not have the contract he signed and that even if they did have it there would be no terms and conditions on the back. He is trying to find out whether his firm recollection of the contract is supported by anyone else who were Great Haywood Marina moorers around this time.

Jim asks - "If you have been a moorer at Great Haywood Marina do you remember signing a contract (or berthing licence application) that consisted of one sheet of green/blue A4 paper which was signed on the front and had the terms and conditions on the back? I remember signing and returning such a form in 2007 but the marina company say there never was any such document. Please contact me (Jim) by email if you remember such a form or have any information about this." Jim Shead.
